1 Hectar Lemon Grass R&D Site at UPM

In a Joint-Venture partnership with Universiti Putra Malaysia (previously known as Universiti Pertanian Malaysia) a total of 1 Hectar of Lemon Grass has been planted for UPM's Lemon Grass Research & Developmet Department at Plantation Site A on the grounds of UPM itself.

Photograph's of empty Plantation Site A was taken on 27th December 2009. A Site Visit will be conducted by QUTE's management to collect new digital photos of the now fully planted Site with Lemon Grass. Digital screenshots of the site will be uploaded onto www.quantumtimur.com at the earlist convenient time. Expected Yield would be between 3 to 5 bunches or 100 to 150 Lemon Grass Stalks due to the high irrigation system & fertile agricultural land available at UPM. All costs were covered by UPM for land preparation, pre-germinated lemon grass seedlings, weed control, watering, fertilizers & harvesting costs. Sales of fully processed bunches of lemon grass will be managed by QUTE's site supervisor & wholeseller.
